In the sample pack, you will find a small pouch for our Natural Calming Cream (a non-steroidal eczema treatment cream for teens and adults with dyshidrotic eczema, hives treatment, or extremely dry skin), Natural Hydrating Cream (a natural infant eczema cream; ideal for newborn, infants, toddlers and is intensively moisturizing), and our Natural Healing Lotion (fast face rash lotion; effectively reduces scars, burns, cuts, blemishes; moisturizing, yet non-greasy). Lastly, there is a Plant-Based Gentle Shampoo & Body Wash (a safe and gentle all-purpose wash for you and your loved one from head-to-toe; daily use will avoid eczema, acne, or other skin condition flare-ups).

It takes us one to two days to process your order. Our standard domestic shipping is through USPS ground shipping. Shipping rates depend on the weight of the package. The rates are higher for expedited shipping.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We stand behind our products 100%, but if you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we would like to know the reason why it failed to meet your standards. Please fill out the form on our CONTACT US page, explain why you are not satisfied, and submit. We will respond promptly. LEMYKA will refund the product purchase price or replace the product for free at your option if you return the remaining product with your receipt within 30 business days from the day you placed the order. Please note, we could only process the refund once we receive the remaining product with your receipt.
