What skin types are Michaderm Functional Natural Skincare product series suitable for?
Michaderm’s functional natural and organic skincare line is specially designed to minimize UV damages, effectively hydrate, smooth and calm dry and sensitive skin. Over 97% of the ingredients in all of our skincare lines are natural, plant-based, or certified organic. We are highly selective of the ingredients we use to avoid skin irritation, as well as to ensure safety. An important feature of our products is that they are intensively moisturizing and will keep your skin hydrated all day long. This is the direct result of our extensive formulation development effort.
When should I apply Michaderm’s eye serum product?
The Natural Eye Serum should be applied after gently cleansing and drying your face. It is best used before bedtime, although some customers like to use it during the day to keep the skin moist throughout the day. Please avoid direct contact with your eyes.
Does Michaderm’s natural brightening serum contain hydroquinone?
No. This is a natural brightening serum. Its brightening actives are plant-based. They help to reduce hyperpigmentation and prevent further production of melanin in the skin. Brightening of the skin does not occur overnight since, in many cases, the dark spots occur beyond the top layer of skin. Michaderm's brightening serum is concentrated with highly functional actives that, with time, will help to lighten the darkened area.
Are Michaderm's day and night moisturizers easy to spread?
Both Michaderm's day and night facial moisturizers can be spread easily. However, you must dry your face prior to applying the moisturizers, especially the night moisturizer. Also, please remember, no softener or toner is necessary. The moisturizer alone will be sufficient to hydrate your skin.
Do Michaderm's day and night moisturizers feel "heavy" on the skin?
Michaderm's natural skincare products are highly functional since they are concentrated with many nutrients. Only a small amount is needed. Simply apply a thin layer of our products on your face, and the results will speak for themselves. Our 50-gram product will go a long way.
Why are natural & organic skincare products preferred?
It has been estimated that over 10,000 chemicals are currently used in personal care products. Safety and long-term toxicity of many of these chemicals are still unknown. Furthermore, there are chemicals known to be harmful to the human body or are known skin irritants. These chemicals should be avoided in any skincare products. There are an increasing numbers of products on the market labeled "ORGANIC” but, in reality, contain such chemicals. Just because there are high percentages of organic-certified ingredients in these products, this does not mean the product overall will not irritate skin. Customers should be aware of what kind of chemicals may cause problems to the skin and the body. We've listed some commonly used chemicals that we believe are unhealthy to our skin and, therefore, exclude them from our products. There are still more to be evaluated. We are highly selective with the natural ingredients used in our skincare products to ensure that they are safe, beneficial and non-irritating to our skin and body.
How long do these natural skin products last before spoilage?
At Micha Advanced Health, we don't put parabens in our products and try to avoid using any preservatives that may release toxins or lead to skin irritation, such as those that release formaldehyde. We minimize the use of preservatives; therefore, proper storage of our products is important. Our products need to be stored in a cool, dry area, away from sunlight. They are typically good for twelve months.
